Wow!! Almost a Year!!

Been almost a year sinc I last blogged. I ive but my current job demands lots of my time!! Plus I haven't been actively buying cels lately. Just 4 in the last year quite the change for me!!

Anyway still in Alaska but not freezing. It is a hot 70 Degrees F today. I am sweating and in need a a good fan so off I must go!! Take beloved friends online!!

Of Snow and birthdays

Alaska has continued to snow trapping me indoors. I long for the days to dig into the soil and get gardening. I mean 24 hour sunlight in coming time to get growing!!!!

On the other hand I had a boring birtday after all the beta was down. Hubby worked 13 hours and it Snowed!!!!

Blue Mode

Well I am feeling a bit tired of shadows and whites so I decided on a blue theme. I asked a friend to use some of his original work to fit the idea and this is what I have decided to play with. As for me Alaska is getting better. Love the wide Open spaces with lots of trees. Missing some of my favorite eateries though. Oh well. Don't want to be too chatty I can save that for my IM and chatroom. So enjoy the new colors.

YIKES! I am in Alaska now and freezing my southern born rump! -15 is a warm day so far. For those curious I have just moved to Eielson near North Pole and Fairbanks. So far my beloved cels and anime collection have survived but I am still unpacking as my stuff arrived Friday. Dearly missed and well loved my computer and internet were the first order of business to set up. Well off to redoing all my address stuff again.

Lately as the summer approaches I have been so bored of the same things. My kids have become addicts of the(shudder)Power Rangers. Oh HEavan spare me having to see Tommy as an adult and no longer the annoying Teen from my later babysitting years.

Oh well Maybe I should spend more time roasting in the sun while the kids try to pry me off my towel.
